MR Congress is a full service agency covering the complete MICE spectrum on an international level. Every year MR implements more than 300 events and holds allotments for all major medical congresses and fairs worldwide.
MR Congress & Incentive GmbH was founded in 1993 as an incoming agency by Mareen Rühmkorf. The 22 employees from Germany, France, Italy and Spain are qualified and graduated experts from the congress, hotel, event and communication branch. Moreover, MR Congress also provides its own in-house design and photography department.
We organise your event completely in accordance with your wishes – from a small meeting to an international congress with more than 1000 participants. We offer you the complete organisation from A to Z, both in Germany and worldwide, whether meetings, incentives, congresses or events. Based on many years of experience we have created a well-established network of hotels, locations and service providers in Berlin, throughout Germany and abroad.

We do not only act as a Destination Management Company (DMC) in Berlin, but also in Germany as a whole. But we do not only work on a domestic level; about one third of our events are staged internationally, either medical congresses or extraordinary incentives.
